Luis Rocha, freshman student and military veteran
Luis Rocha, a freshman from North Mesquite, died Jan. 18.
Rocha, 23, was studying communications in the College of Arts and Sciences.
He was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps active reserves and previously served in Afghanistan and Japan.
Survivors include his parents, grandparents, siblings, nephew.
Services will be at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 30 at Gonzales Funeral Home, with interment at DFW National Cemetery.
