Awareness weeks, classes provide information about alcohol, drug use

Human Resources has partnered with the Division of Student Affairs, UNT Police and the Employee Assistance Program to provide staff and faculty educational sessions and materials about the impact of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week is Oct. 17-21, and Drug Free Week is Oct. 24-28.

You are encouraged to participate in related educational sessions that have been specifically designed for these topics.

We also want to acknowledge this important message, reminding staff and faculty that as members of the university community, we all play a vital role in promoting and encouraging personal responsibility when making decisions involving the use of drugs and alcohol.
